• Premium Plan ($11/month): Unlocks full analytics, the ability to remove Tiny Site branding, and connect custom domains from other providers.

• Billing: The premium plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

5. Pricing and Subscription Changes

• We may modify the pricing of our services at any time without prior notice.

• The price at checkout is the final cost for that billing cycle.

• Your subscription continues at the rate in effect at the time of renewal unless you cancel before your next billing cycle.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions By using Tiny Site, you agree that you will NOT use the platform for:

• Illegal activities under any jurisdiction.

• Exploiting, defrauding, or misleading others.

• Hosting inappropriate, hateful, violent, or explicit content.

• Harassing, discriminating, or threatening individuals or groups.

• Uploading harmful elements like viruses or malicious code.

• Engaging in automated data scraping, phishing, or spamming.

7. Username Policy

• Tiny Site operates on a technology stack powered by Pagic, a brand of Parrot Dynamics Ltd Co, based in West Virginia, USA.

• While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience service interruptions without liability.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain ownership of the content you create on Tiny Site.

• By using Tiny Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content for operational purposes.

• You must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

13. Liability and Indemnification
